Ezekiel 20:25-26: “Therefore I also gave them up to statutes that were not good, and judgments by which they could not live; and I pronounced them unclean because of their ritual gifts, in that they caused all their firstborn to pass through the fire, that I might make them desolate and that they might know that I am the Lord.” ’

Romans 7:12: Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.
1 Timothy 1:8: But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully,

Ezekiel says that some of God's laws were not good, but Romans and First Timothy say that God's laws are always good.

Romans and First Timothy refer to the Torah, while Ezekiel doesn't. There is no contradiction, for they're speaking of different things.
