John 18:37

John 18:37: Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are You a king then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”

Romans 1:18-20: For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,

John says that Jesus came to bear witness to the truth, but Romans says that the truth is known to all through creation.

Jesus would not come to bear witness to something that everyone already knows.

The passage from John is speaking of the truth about Jesus, whereas the passage from Romans is speaking of the truth about God.

Since they refer to different things, the passages do not conflict.
