Luke 23:43

This website has been moved to:

Luke 23:43: And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

John 20:17: Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”
Acts 1:3: to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

Luke says that Jesus said He would be in Paradise on the day of the crucifixion, but John and Acts say that He wasn't in Paradise until later on.

John and Acts are speaking of Jesus' ascension into heaven, whereas Luke is speaking of the place where the righteous go for a period after death.

So there's no contradiction between the verses because they're talking about different things.
