Matthew 7:21

Matthew 7:21: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Acts 2:21: And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’
Romans 10:13: For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Matthew says that some who call on God's name will not be saved, but Acts and Romans say that whoever calls on God's name will be saved.

The verses from Acts and Romans are alluding to Joel 2:32: And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

Reading the OT source shows that the statement is only meant for a particular situation and therefore doesn't conflict with the verse from Matthew.
